Artist Proof Giveaway — Terms & Conditions

Promoter: Wendy Coombes, Sydney, NSW, Australia.

1. Eligibility

Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over. No purchase is necessary.

2. How to enter

To enter, visitors must complete the newsletter subscription form on the Wendy Coombes giveaway webpage during the promotional period.

By subscribing, entrants consent to receive occasional marketing emails from Wendy Coombes about artworks, exhibitions and studio news. Subscribers may unsubscribe at any time.

Only one entry per person is permitted.

3. Promotion period

Entries open on 1 November 2026 and close on 9 November 2026, 23:59 hrs Australian Eastern Daylight Time (AEDT).

4. Prize

One winner will receive an Artist Proof of Pink Waratah, a fine art print by Wendy Coombes.

• Print dimensions: 30 × 30 cm

• Presentation: framed

• Retail value: AUD $1000

The prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash.

5. Winner selection

One winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received during the promotional period. The draw will take place on 14 November 2026 in Sydney, NSW.

6. Winner notification

The winner will be contacted via email within two business days of the draw.

If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within [14 days], a replacement winner may be selected by random draw on 1 December 2026.

7. Delivery

Delivery within Sydney will be arranged at the promoter's expense.

8. Privacy

Personal information collected through the giveaway will be used to administer the promotion and send the email communications described above.

Subscribers may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time. Personal information will be handled in accordance with the Wendy Coombes Privacy Policy.

9. General

The promotion is conducted by Wendy Coombes and is not sponsored or administered by Affordable Art Fair Sydney.
