Please review the information below regarding returns and exchanges. Should you have any questions, don't hesitate to reach out.

Photographic Prints (Framed & Unframed) 

All sales of photographic prints - whether framed or unframed - are considered final. We're unable to process returns or exchanges based on a change of preference.

In the event that your print arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@wendycoombesphotography.com.au. Include a photograph of the damage with your message so we can assist you promptly.

Promotional and Discounted Items

Any products purchased with a promotional code or at a reduced price cannot be refunded. We recommend considering your purchase carefully before completing your order. We're unable to provide rain checks on items that sell out during promotions or limited collaborations.

Caring for Your Photographic Prints

We recommend waiting to unwrap your print until you're ready to have it professionally framed - this helps prevent accidental damage during handling.

To preserve the quality of your print over time:

  • Avoid placement in direct sunlight

  • Work with a professional framer who can provide archival-quality matting and UV-protective acrylic glazing
